Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder from either an overseas or highly reputable Indonesian university
- Preferably having 2 years experience in handling apartment, retail, or shopping center leasing
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Japanese language ability is an advantage
- Well organized and disciplined with strong commitment to time management
- Details conscious, analytical and a lateral thinker
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with ability to negotiate and persuade others
- Results orientated with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- High level of initiative, creativity and proficient in identifying and acting on opportunities
- Energetic, enthusiastic and welcomes challenge
- Strong personal and work ethics
