REQUIREMENT:
- Male/Female max 35 years old
- Owned Vehicle
- Able to speak/write English
- S1 Degree, majoring Management/Marketing or any discipline if related
- Min 5 years experience in apparel retail business.
- Have a strong passion towards the fashion industry and fully aware of the trends
- Experienced to develop local or international brand
- Discipline, fast learner, hard working and able to perform under pressure
- Pro active worker with high leadership and management skills
- Have the capability to identify problems by having strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Easily build and maintain a new relationship with others
- Have good communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel for business trip
- Willing to be stationed in Bandung
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fully responsible to manage and develop brand strategies to meet company objectives which is the achievement of maximum profitability and sales growth.
- To develops a business plan and sales strategy with the sales team and merchandiser to ensures achievement of company sales goals, inventory turn over and profitability
- To fully understand the modern trade channel by monitoring sales growth, competitors campaign, reviewing creative and engaging marketing campaigns
- To be able to make the marketing plan and a business proposal towards the brand
- To be able to build new market potential while maintaining current accounts.
- To comply with all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
