Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures to evaluate the new or existing refrigeration system performance
- Create failure reports and quality problem reports in an attempt to improve or perfect the products
- Perform regular in-house calibration for test equipments to ensure the validity of data collected
- Prepare and update results documentation and testing operation procedures
- Assist and support production issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor / Master Degree in engineering (preferably mechanical with related refrigeration background)
- Individual with related working experience with data acquisition module is preferred
- Familiar with PH diagrams and other Thermo-physical Properties of Refrigerants
- Willing to learn and undertake on the job training
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills in english (verbal-written)
- Highly motivated and strong team player with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary
- Must have sense of ownership & urgency with projects and work assignments
- Willing to work in Bintan
