Job Description :

Coordinates the materials management internal supply and external supply in order to have ideal Inventory Level for all material, arranging the availability of finished products in proper quantities, good price and on time

Major Accountabilities :

  • Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies
  • Coordinate and prepare process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies internal supply and external supply.
  • Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
  • Processing and analyzing data about the plan and realization of production and sales and inventory data.
  • Monitor all inventories for the production process, stock in the warehouse or imported so that the implementation of market entry process and continue to run smoothly and in balance.
  • Material procurement plans based on plans and stock conditions by calculating the production material requirements according to the ideal standard stock (there are minimum and maximum limits that must be available) optimal in MOQ.
  • Assure updated CC5 policy and implemented to all supplier
  • Execute Annual Purchase Saving Program

Requirement :

Education : Bachelor degree (S1) in Economy, Science or Industrial Engineering


Experience : Minimum 5 years in the related field.
