- Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline
- Good communication skill; able to interact with all levels
- Good knowledge in teaching in classroom and outdoor
- Good understanding in MS office, powerpoint and internet and also Presentation Skill
- Good analytical thingking, persuasive, creative
- Honest, discipline, good personality, high loyalty and integrity
- Have interest in authomotive
- Able to work under pressure
Responsibilities :
- Analyze & recommend training needs based on company vision & target
- Training sales person about Product Knowledge, Selling Skill, and Public Speaking
- Understand training trends and able to modified according to company needs
- Develop curriculum, learning objectives, and / or course materials
- Deliver training with acceptable methods and techniques for all level
- Deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
