Summary of Position:
The Receptionist is responsible for receiving visitors so that all callers/visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously, and accurately. She will also be attending to walk in customers and arranging for sales team to attend to them.
Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls, and to distribute accurate messages if required.
Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit, issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs
Alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee.
Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources, for example on the organisation’s location, hours of operation, phone numbers, or email address.
Other administrative activities such as: booking of meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing of mail, receiving and sending courier packages.
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Positive, responsible and meticulous
Fluent in both English & Bahasa Indonesia (both verbal and written)
