Position Summary :
- To actively focus on developing, increasing, managing and retaining relationship clients for a new business and develop long term and enduring relationships with them. This will be achieved through increasing market penetration, active representation of Magna Transforma Consulting Group services, and with frequent, consistent and meaningful communication.
The candidates should fulfill the following requirements:
- Min S1, minimum 5 years working experiences in hospitallity industry
- Should have proven ability to meet and present to top management level
- Should possess strong communication skills & the ability to work independently
- Posses a kind & pleasant personality
- Excellent negotiation skills; ‘there is always a solution that my client needs’
- Strong drive for continuous learning
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people
- Self initiative, motivated, strong team player and willing to travel
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking
- Computer literacy and good command of English
