- Male or Female max. 45 years old
- WESTERN speciality. Other than that , Experience in Mexican Food light snacks as Taco, Buritos will be a plus point.
- Modern plating & serving standard
- Minimum 5 years experience in fine dining restaurant / hotel
- Excellent leadership & communication skills
- Able to work shifts ( Day / Night ) weekends and public holidays
- Formal culinary training preferred
- Able to develop new menus that embrace variety & quality
- A good heart & a passion for cooking !
