Responsibilities:
- Acting as internal consultant for BOC & other work units in performance improvement.
- Communicate company strategy to all elements & develop training module for BPI.
- Coordinate all improvement projects within organization (manage & lead improvement project).
- Monitor the progress of all improvement projects.
- Develop solutions to critical business issues.
Qualifications:
- Male, min. 28 years old.
- Bachelor degree of Industrial/Mechanical/Electric Engineering from reputable university.
- Min.2 years experience in business process improvement, as Trainer for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of SOP, improvement methodology (TQM, Lean, Six Sigma, BPR, etc), BSC.
- Software competency: MS Office, SPSS, Minitab
- Placement in: Head Office (Jakarta).
