Responsibilities

  • To provide sales & service administration support to the Dept
  • To facilitate training, receiving and processing of routine customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints involving products or items which have readily identifiable uses, applications, and standard prices
  • To manage orders by ensuring correct pricing and model numbers are correct before processing
  • Follow up and expedite to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
  • To prepare proposals related to relevant products
  • Provide alternate solutions to meet customer requirements
  • To ensure critical information is communicated to sales personnel, distributors pertaining to payments or credit hold.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent certification training in Business Administration
  • 2 to 3 years of sales & service administration experience
  • Meticulous and can work together as a team
  • Good communication skills
