One of Indonesia’s leading insurance companies in Indonesia is looking for the best person to fill the position of Branch Manager, to be based in Banjarmasin, Indonesia. This is an ideal position for an ambitious professional looking to work for a rapidly expanding company. The winning candidate will be responsible for overall branch operations, including ensuring that training requirements for all consultants and agents are being met. The incumbent should take control to ensure growth of the branch with an emphasis on sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring sales targets are met
- Evaluate opportunities to boost sales
- Review progress and suggestive corrective measures, improvements to increase sales
- Maintain and improve on existing client relationships to secure further selling opportunities
- Secure new high-value clients
- Maintain high morale among staff by fostering conducive work environment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (min.)
- Two years minimum in branch manager position in the insurance industry
- Hard-working, motivated and intelligent
- Sales focused
- Trustworthy
- A natural leader who works well as part of a team
- Must be willing to live in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan
